The National Institutes of Health (NIH) provides a wide array of research grant programs for biomedical research, including regenerative medicine. NIH grants cover 3-5 year projects with up to $500,000 per year; small 1-2 year projects with up to $50,000 per year; conferences and scientific meetings; and 3-year academic enhancement awards in biomedical and behavioral sciences of up to $300,000 per year.
