The EKF symposium series was initiated in 2009 to foster discussions on new concepts and unpublished data in the field. The meeting is limited to 120 participants including 35 invited speakers, 35 poster presenters and 50 registered attendees. It will be held in Erice, a historical monastery town located on Mount Erice overlooking the western coast of Sicily during the region’s best season of the year.
